So, the bottom line is that you wont see the Realtek Audio Manager anywhere on the system and, if you do see the Realtek Audio Manager, opening it (double-clicking) will not do anything. Msi Realtek Audio Manager Install Properly OrMsi Realtek Audio Manager Drivers Didnt InstallIf your drivers didnt install properly or your drivers got corrupted then your Realtek Audio Manager can behave like this. Tips Sometimes, the issue might be with the Windows and Microsoft releases new updates every month with various little fixes. Once your system has installed all the Windows Updates, reboot and check if the problem is fixed or not If you simply cannot locate the Realtek Audio Manager and wondering how to open it then do the following Hold Windows key and press R Type C:Program FilesRealtekAudioHDA and press Enter Locate and double click the file. If this works for you then simply right click the exe file and select Create shortcut. Method 1: Uninstall and Reinstall the Drivers This problem is usually related to faulty or corrupted drivers. So, uninstalling and letting Windows reinstall the drivers will resolve the issue. Hold Windows key and press R Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter Locate and double click Sound, video and game controllers Right-click your Realtek high definition audio device Select Uninstall and confirm any additional prompts Once the driver is uninstalled, click Action from the top menu bar Select Scan for hardware changes This should reinstall the drivers and fix the issue. Note: If it doesnt resolve the issue then repeat the steps given above and skip steps 6 and 7. Once you uninstall the driver, reboot the system and check if that fixes your problem. Method 2: Repair Realtek Audio Manager Repairing the Realtek Audio Manager from the Control Panel also rectifies this issue. Here are the steps for repairing Realtek Audio Manager Hold Windows key and press R Type appwiz.cpl and press Enter. Type appwiz.cpl into the Run dialog and press Enter Locate and select Realtek Audio Manager Click Repair and follow the on-screen instructions. If you dont see a Repair button then click Uninstall (or UninstallChange ) button. A new window will open and you should see a Repair option in that window. Method 3: Microsoft Troubleshooters Microsoft provides its own troubleshooters that fix small issues.
